Sintered magnesia is produced by sintering grade 1 magnesite in high temperature shaft kiln and is an ideal material for manufacturing magnesia bricks and unshaped magnesia refractories.
High quality QMS94 magnesia and QMS95 magnesia are produced with special grade and grade 1 magnesites by going through dressing purification, calcination, grinding, briquetting and sintering in high temperature shaft kiln. Electro fused magnesia is manufactured with special grade magnesite by electro fusing process. Electro fused magnesia-chrome sinter is produced with special grade magnesite and chrome concentrate by electro fusing process. It is the ideal material for the production of rebonded magnesia-chrome bricks and high grade magnesia bricks.
